Living Area
The minute you enter the home, you are welcomed into the large, formal lounge and dining area. There is a large sofa, easy chair, coffee table & occasional tables with lamps and large dining table with 6 dining chairs.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, large fridge freezer with ice maker and filtered cold water dispenser, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.
Breakfast Nook
The breakfast nook features a table and 4 chairs. The kitchen and breakfast nook are tiled throughout.
Family Room
The large family room looks out over the pool area and has two sofas and an easy chair, coffee table plus two occasional tables with lamps. There is a large screen cable TV with DVD Player. The large patio doors take you through to the pool area.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom features a king size bed with a premium, fully sprung memory foam mattress topper and Egyptian cotton bed sheets. The room has a large screen cable TV and a large walk-in closet.
The patio door looks out onto the pool area and the large en-suite bathroom has a jacuzzi bath, his and her wash basins, hairdryer, WC, and a walk in shower.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has a queen size bed with memory foam mattress topper. This room has built-in closet, dresser unit, two night stands with table lamps, radio alarm and cable TV.
Third Bedroom
The third bedroom is furnished with twin beds, dresser, night stand, cable TV, radio alarm and built-in closet.
Bathroom
Located off the hallway between bedrooms 2 and 3, the bathroom features a bath with shower and includes a hairdryer for guest use.
Utility Area
The utility area is located off the breakfast nook and houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Swimming Pool and Deck Area
Enjoy day long sunshine in the large, private, fully screened pool area. The swimming pool is larger than average size and the large sun deck and patio area has 2 sun loungers, 4 chairs and a large patio table.
The pool area is totally private and looks out over the large, private lot and across a wooded area. Plastic tumblers are provided for pool side drinks.
Pool heat is available for an additional charge during the cooler months.
Child Friendly & Safety Conscious
Leave your all your baby equipment at home - just bring the toddler! A highchair, pack & play (travel cot) and stroller are provided free of charge to make your traveling easier! Additional equipment can be provided for an extra charge.
Pool side, there is safety fence for your young ones' protection. In addition, both patio doors are alarmed to comply with local laws and to provide additional peace of mind.
High-Speed Internet Access
Free, security enabled wifi is available throughout the villa and pool deck area. Guests need to bring their own laptop, tablet etc.

Our home features a fully monitored alarm system for your security.
Management Company
Our property manager lives close by on Highlands Reserve and provides a 24-hour service to deal with any problems or issues.
