The villa is fully air conditioned and heated and has been finished to exacting standards. All of the furniture and soft furnishings are premium quality and have been individually chosen. There is no doubt that the most impressive feature of this villa is its location – one of the most elevated views in Central Florida.
From the directly south-facing pool you have a spectacular panorama covering the fourth green, fifth tee and fairway, ninth fairway and the conservation area beyond and are ideally placed to watch the enchanting sunsets to the west. With the property situated in a cul-de-sac, the pie-shaped plot ensures privacy.
Outside, you can relax on our screened, custom-extended deck or enjoy our very private, oversize swimming pool with 4 sun-loungers.
The accommodation comprises:-
Large Family Room
Includes two comfortable sofas and a reclining armchair. an armoire containing a colour cable TV, DVD, Video, DVD and book / magazine library.
Large dining area with table and 6 chairs.
Reading Room
A wonderful room to relax after a long day around the parks / golf course / shops.
Containing two sofas (one of which will convert into a double bed for extra capacity) and matching coffee table along with a formal dining area with seating for four.
Garage
A two-car garage with automatic opening door.
Kitchen
Fully fitted kitchen has light oak cabinets and a comprehensive range of appliances. Includes a huge American fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, waste disposal unit, electric cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster. Also includes a large range of tableware, glasses and cutlery.
Utility Room
A separate discreet area for the large washing machine and tumble dryer. Also accommodates an ironing board, iron, clothes dryer, and vacuum cleaner. This leads through to the double garage.
Master Bedroom
True luxury with a King size bed with fitted bedding. Two chests of drawers with colour cable TV, twin bedside cabinets, huge walk in clothes storage closet. This closet also includes the supplied baby equipment - a foldaway cot/crib and a high-chair. Patio doors lead directly to the pool area.
The en-suite bathroom includes a large corner bath, large walk in shower, marble topped dual vanity units with marble surfaces. Separate WC.
Second Bedroom
Another luxurious bedroom with Queen size bed fitted with luxury bedding, two bedside cabinets, chest of drawers with colour cable TV and clothes storage closet.
Third Bedroom
With two twin beds, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, cable TV and clothes storage closet.
Fourth Bedroom
With two twin beds, chest of drawers, cable TV and clothes storage closet.
Family Bathroom
Comprises bath, shower, marble topped vanity unit with marble surfaces and WC.
Screened Pool and Deck
The deck and pool area has excellent privacy and is not overlooked either from properties to the sides or properties to the rear – because there aren’t any. Being directly south-facing the sun is on the rear deck from sunrise to sunset but a covered lanai area provides outdoor shade if required.
There are 4 sun-loungers available and plenty of space to move them around. There is an outdoor dining area under the lanai with seating for six.
The deck has been extended to accommodate an oversize swimming pool. The safety of your family is our utmost priority - the pool is protected by a pool fence (which can be removed at your risk) and the pati
o doors can be double locked to provide extra security for young children.
We do not encourage the use of BBQ’s within the screened area because of the fire risk but use outside the screen can be arranged with specific prior approval.
