The villa is a large single story 5 bedroom, 3 Bathroom luxury villa with a high vaulted ceilings in the main living area.and has approx. 2,500sq.ft. of air conditioned and heated living space. Most rooms have ceiling fans, and the villa has a further 1,000+ sq.ft. of covered, and screened recreation space for your enjoyment. It also boasts picture perfect views of the 18th. fairway on Highlands Reserve Championship Golf Course.
THE LARGE FAMILY ROOM
The open plan living area consists of Lounge / TV viewing area, Dining Nook and Breakfast Bar, There is also a seperate games area so that there is always something for everyone to do, all of the time. Large sliding Patio Doors (alarmed) open out from the family room to the covered lanai, swimming pool and screened deck area.
BEDROOMS
The five bedrooms have been furnished to give flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 10 people. There is two en-suite master bedrooms with kingsize beds and the remaining 3 Bedrooms all have twin beds with access to a bathroom. One of the twin bedded rooms could be converted to a kingsize, if requested at time of booking. another of the twin bedded rooms is Disney themed, and is very popular with the younger guests.
KITCHEN
The kitchen has a breakfast and snack bar and is fully equipped, including a large Fridge / Freezer with ice and chilled water dispenser, Cooker, Microwave and Dishwasher. The utility room just off the kitchen has a large washing machine and a seperate matching tumble dryer
GAMES AREA
Containing a Fooseball Table, Playstation 2 with games, and a recently added Wii Sports package. A Desk Top PC with high speed internet access is also situated in the games area.
POOL AREA
The luxurious 32ft x 16ft Swimming Pool,Jacuzzi and Hot Tub can be heated if required, and offers superb views overlooking the 18th green of the Championship Golf course. There are Patio table and chairs, and there are sunloungers for your added comfort and enjoyment. A gas BBQ is available on request.
