Our villa is furnished to a very high standard, and comprises of:
Spacious Family Room
With 32ft high cathedral ceiling, providing spacious family living space overlooking the pool with stunning views of the golf course. We have provided multi channel cable 42" Plasma TV, DVD player and portable CD/Radio. The family room has ceramic tiles with comfortable leather sofas and chaise, the formal dining area with dining table and six chairs.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The traditional American kitchen has ample work surface and is fitted with a full sized oven/hob, built in microwave oven, large fridge/freezer with ice making facility, automatic dishwasher & waste disposal for your convenience.
Adjoining the kitchen is a cosy breakfast area / kitchen nook with a further table and chairs - ideal for snacks or breakfast. In addition to the above, the kitchen is also equipped with George Foreman Grill, electric kettle, toaster & coffee percolator.
Laundry Facilities
The fully equipped utility room with large washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing Board are all available for your use. Off the utility room there is a double garage with ample space for two cars.
Bedrooms
Our home can accommodate eight people within its four bedrooms, all bedrooms have been newly carpeted.
The Master Bedroom is fully furnished with bedroom suite and King Size bed, cable TV and telephone. The large en-suite bathroom comes with twin vanity basins, large walk in wardrobe, hairdryer and shaving point.
Upstairs there are a further 3 bedrooms - one Queen bedroom overlooking the golf course and two further twin bedrooms. Each of the three rooms have a large walk in wardrobe and are fully carpeted throughout. One of the twin bedrooms has been Disney themed - ideal for the kids. TV/DVD's are provided in each bedroom for your enjoyment.
The upstairs bathroom & shower room are fully equipped with a Hairdryer and shaving points.
Oversized Pool Deck with Stunning Views
The pool with its oversized deck area and lanai has stunning views over the golf course. The south facing pool enjoys the sun late into the evening. Our covered porch with table and chairs provides shade for informal eating, complete with ceiling fan. The patio furniture & sun beds offer a relaxation after a long day at the parks. Pool heating is available for an additional charge.
Property Management
The villa is serviced by a Local company who reside in Highlands Reserve, providing a 24 hour service should you require any assistance. The Villa is cleaned between lets with freshly cleaned Linen and Towels being provided.
