Second Master
With a Queen sized bed with clothes closet and dresser, which also has its own private bathroom with walk in shower. Complete with cable TV.
Third & Fourth Bedrooms
These have two sets of twin beds each, which share the family bathroom featuring a full size bath with overhead shower. Both have closets and dressers. These rooms also have a cable/VCR TV's each - both twin bedrooms have a PlayStation 2 Games Console for your enjoyment.
Bathrooms
Which comprise of Masters en-suite, Queen's Cabanna bathroom which has direct access to the pool area. Family bathroom located between twin bedrooms. All have shower and WC facilities. All bathrooms have hairdryers and towels for use in the bathrooms only, please.
Family Room
Large tiled room with a comfortable sofa, love seat and rocker. A 51" Cable TV/DVD is installed with full surround sound for your enjoyment. A selection of DVD's, videos, books and games are also available for you to enjoy. With easy access to the pool area.
Kitchen
Why would you want to cook on holiday ? But if you love to, then we have a fully fitted kitchen for you to express your talents. With the essential side-by-side American fridge/freezer with ice/water facilities, from the cooker & microwave to the toaster, blender & kettle - everything is here, all the cutlery and crockery too.
Breakfast Nook
A beautiful little spot for the perfect start to the day, a table and four chairs, with two extra bar stools at the kitchen breakfast bar.
Dining Room
A beautiful decorated room with Dining table and chairs to seat six or that special occasion.

The 2-car garage has been converted into a games room with full sized pool table, air hockey table and darts board.
Screened Pool & Lanai
An impressive 28ft free-formed pool and spa within the covered lanai area. Table and chairs for alfresco dining and lounge furniture for the sun worshippers. All access doors to the pool area have alarms. For your added safety, there is a toddler screen to section off the pool from wandering children. We can also provide pool heating for the cooler months should you need it at a supplement.

All bed linen is supplied. Full Air conditioning throughout the home and ceiling fans in all rooms. All local telephone calls are free.
