Villa Description

With close to 1900 sq feet of spacious and light accommodation and living and bedroom areas all carpeted, there are ceiling fans in the main living room and master bedroom as well as air-conditioning throughout. This is a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom villa with secluded pool. The whole house was completely refurbished at the end of 2004 in the 'Old Florida' style. Cable TV is built in throughout the villa. On opening the front door, the view is straight through the house to the pool and deck area.

Large Living Room

With comfortable 2 and 3 seater sofas, with matching coffee side tables. There is also a TV. The sliding patio doors lead out to the deck and pool areas.

Dining Area

Alongside the living area and open to the kitchen and breakfast bar is a round table seating 6 with a further 2 catered for at the breakfast bar with matching bar stools. To one side of the dining area is a cupboard where there is a cool box for guests to use.

Den

Separate living space with 2 seater sofa bed, comfortable chair and TV with and X-Box (that also plays DVD's). An ideal space for children/teenagers where adults would be in the main living room. NB this is shown on the floor plan as the dining room.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully fitted with modern light oak units and black, marble effect, work tops. Also provided are all necessary appliances including cooker, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, waster disposal unit, electric kettle, filter coffee maker and toaster. Telephone (local calls are free) to one side on the breakfast bar.

Utility Room

With access also to the garage, the utility room has a large sized washing machine and dryer.

All linen, including bathroom and kitchen towels, are provided for guests' use. There is an ironing board and iron and a hairdryer in the master bedroom's ensuite bathroom.

Master bedroom

King size bed for a king sized bedroom. Bedside cabinets and dressing table/drawer unit, overhead 2 speed ceiling fan and TV with DVD.

Ensuite bathroom

Large walk in wardrobe and twin basins leads to WC and extra large shower cabin with seat. Also, towel cupboard, drawers and cupboards under the fitter washbasins. Bathroom scales.

Front double bedroom

Beautiful double bedroom to the front of the house which benefits from morning sunshine. Ample wardrobe space, second telephone socket and unique side table lamps (touch to switch on an off with different brightness settings).

Twin bedrooms

Two twin bedded bedrooms opposite each other and next to the family bathroom. Each has a fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinets a well as TV. One bedroom also has a DVD player.

Family bathroom

Full size bath with shower over and curtained off from WC and fitted washbasin with cupboards and towel cupboard.

Outside space

The 15ft x 30ft swimming pool is fully screened. There is a round dining table with 4 chairs under the lanai (porch) so in the shade and 2 sun loungers with side table by the side of the pool.

The pool area is secluded as it overlooks large pine trees and is west facing, so benefits from gorgeous sunsets with the sun going down behind the pool (which has underwater lighting). The pool can be heated as required by the guests (usually only necessary Oct-March).

We provide a gas BBQ for guests use, please replace the gas if empty - refill exchange bottles available at the local gas station.

There is a lawn behind the pool which goes around the house where the front lawn also has shrubs and a palm tree.

The double width garage is useful for storing golf clubs and beach equipment - some provided.
