Villa Layout
Our villa is of the new generation of prestige 4 bedroom villa designs incorporating 2 Master Bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms.We have recently upgraded the villa and new pictures will be available soon "Who gets the Master Bedroom?" isn't an issue and as a result, has become extremely popular with 2 families sharing.We are keen energy conservationists and have energy saving lighting and also other recylable items for your use we have a melamine patio sets and acrylic drinking glasses for the pool area
There are NO villas behind ours (very private) - just unspoilt conservation area with mature woodlands - just take a look at the photos. The outlook is beautiful and you will appreciate the calm around our villa.
The generous air conditioned living space totalling 2000+ square feet has soft luxury carpets in the bedrooms and living areas. The rest of the villa is tiled in quality colour co-ordinated floor tiles giving that luxurious feel to make your holiday home one to remember.
The accommodation comprises:
Large Family Room
There is a Large 40" LCD cable TV in the family room, with recently added 250+ digital cable channels with bonus on-demand channels (Pre-Pay), DVD player and portable stereo CD/Radio/Cassette player.
There is a selection of DVDs and CD's free of charge and the latest DVD's can be easily rented from the local video store - only 4 minutes drive and next to an excellent Chinese Takeaway & Pizzeria (they even deliver to Highlands Reserve).
The Family room overlooks the pool and has comfortable seating and furnishings. There is a small library of books in the unit and games for the children
Formal Living and Dining Room
This large area to the front of the villa has two sofas one of which converts into a double bed should you require even more sleeping capacity, which means that our villa can sleep up to 10 people with ease. There is also a TV in the living room that can be used to play DVD's and your own games players.
The dining area has a 6 place dining table and chairs with full place settings.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen is fitted out with light oak cabinets and a comprehensive range of appliances. These include a huge American fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, waste disposal unit, electric cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mini oven and slow cooker to save time waiting for the large oven to heat and blender. Also included are a large range of quality tableware, glasses and cutlery. Also a breakfast table. There is a large pantry alongside the kitchen
Utility Room
For your comfort and convenience there is also a fully equipped utility room incorporating a full size washing machine, tumble dryer PLus 6 Pool towels for your use, A Utilty cupboard to the front has 2 irons & 2 ironing boards anda new quality vacuum cleaner. This will allow you to pack the bare minimum of clothing so that you can fill up your cases on the way home with all those designer clothes from the many shopping malls.
All towels and linens are provided for your comfort and convenience. Please note beach towels for use away from the villa are not provided.
Master Bedroom 1
The Master 1 bedroom has a large Queen Size bed, walk-in wardrobe, bedside cabinets, and large dresser with mirror & LCD cable TV, telephone.
The en-suite features "his & hers" sinks with large mirror over, separate toilet, oversized walk-in shower and hairdryer.
We have also provided a digital clock radio alarm for those early morning theme park days.
Master Bedroom 2
The Master 2 bedroom also has a Queen sized bed with new matching bedroom furniture & Cable LCD TV. This en-suite has a walk in shower room, toilet, built-in vanity unit and hairdryer & telephone
Bedroom 3 - Mickeys
This bedroom has twin beds (can convert to a KING), large wardrobe, bedside cabinets, book case, luxury headboards, dresser with mirror, cable TV and themed with bright light show comforters
Bedroom 4 - Pooh Bears
The remaining bedroom has twin sized beds, dresser, cable TV and large wardrobe. Themed with Winnie the Pooh soft toys galore
Family Bathroom
Bedrooms 3 & 4 are served by the Jack & Jill bathroom (between the 2 rooms) with a bath, shower over, toilet and built-in vanity unit, plus utility cupboard
Games Room
Brand new and fitted with full sized slate bed pool table, table football and electronic darts board for your enjoyment on those days when the weather is not at its best. Plus after all that good food an exercise bike and card table with lots of games for all the family
Screened Pool & Deck
The large pool has an oversized deck with removable toddler screen to prevent small children wandering into the pool plus a pool door alarm so you know they are safe after a hard day at the many theme parks, in the shopping malls or on the golf course.
The covered Gazebo area offers a shady retreat from the hot Florida sun and is the perfect setting for an alfresco breakfast, lunch or dinner.
At night, the area is great for a totally private romantic meal overlooking the underwater lit pool - bliss!! A table & 4 chairs 2 sun loungers and 2 reclining chairs with foot stools are all provided for your comfort.
A gas BBQ can be rented at extra cost - please request this when booking.
Extras
Any extra items that you may want are available at no extra cost including cot (crib), highchair & stroller, bed guard and booster seat. For your added security, our villa has a Brinks monitored alarm system and floor safe for your valuables.
WiFi Internet Access
We have Wireless Digital Internet throughout the villa which is faster than the standard DSL connection and is for guests who just can't do without their laptops so you can either work or surf the internet within the villa or even sitting out by the pool.
Free Long Distance Telephone Calls
You can also make free local and long distance calls throughout the USA, Puerto Rico and Canada from our villa which makes life easy when you want to check the opening times of a theme park order a takeaway or book a meal at a dinner show.
Villa Management
Our villa is maintained by an excellenton site management company who are very efficient, friendly and offer 24 hour emergency support 7 days a week.
