Ground Floor Details
Pool and Deck Area
The oversized pool and deck backs up to the 3rd green of the Highlands Reserve Golf Club. Beautiful pine trees and the golf course make this an ideal setting to spend time relaxing in the sun. A large table with seating for six and 2 x padded lounge chairs are provided for your comfort. The pool can be heated for an additional charge (recommended from October to April).
Family Room
When entering our home you will walk on beautifully tiled floors all the way to the rear of the house to our Family Room. It is furnished with a ceiling fan, love seat and a sofa which can be converted into a queen size bed. Numerous books are contained in the lovely armoire along with the wall mounted Flat screen TV and DVD player.
Kitchen
Our Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, toaster, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, waste disposal and coffee maker.
Breakfast Nook
Our breakfast nook seats 4 comfortably and overlooks the pool.
Laundry Room
The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience.

Our main Master Bedroom has a view of the 3rd green. It has an oversize king bed, ceiling fan, cable TV, walk-in closet and telephone. The en-suite bathroom has large marble bathtub as well as a luxurious walk-in shower, his/her vanities and a separate water closet.
Bedroom 3
Kids will love this! The Princess room. A delightful Disney themed bedroom with 2 single beds. Features in this room match furniture which along with the soft furnishings make this a very comfortable room. In addition there is a large walk-in closet, ceiling fan and 37'' HD LCD TV.
Bedroom 4
This large room has twin beds, a desk with bookcase and TV/DVD player and ceiling fan. A built in closet and chest of drawers provides plenty of clothes storage space. The third bathroom is next door to this room.
Bedroom 5
This bedroom features a Queen bed and is situated next to the third bathroom. Ample hanging in a large walk-in closet and drawer space is provided along with a TV/DVD player and ceiling fan for your comfort.

This large family bathroom has an extra large counter, toilet and bath with shower.
