Ground Floor Details

Pool and Deck Area

The oversized pool and deck backs up to the 3rd green of the Highlands Reserve Golf Club. Beautiful white pine trees and the golf course make this an ideal setting to spend time relaxing in the sun. A large table with seating for six and padded lounge chairs are provided for your comfort. The pool can be heated for an additional charge (recommended from October to April).

Family Room

When entering our home you will walk on beautifully tiled floors all the way to the rear of the house to our Family Room. It is furnished with a ceiling fan, love seat and a sofa which can be converted into a queen size bed. Numerous books are contained in the lovely armoire along with the TV and DVD player.

Kitchen

Our Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, toaster, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, waste disposal and coffee maker.

Breakfast Nook

Our breakfast nook seats 4 comfortably and overlooks the pool.

Laundry Room

The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience.

Formal Dining Area

Immediately adjacent to the Formal Sitting Area it seats 6 comfortably.

Queen Bedroom

This main level master bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan walk-in closet and shared full bathroom.

First Floor (Upper) Details

King Master Bedroom

Our main Master Bedroom has a view of the 3rd green. It has an oversize king bed, ceiling fan, cable TV, walk-in closet and telephone. The en-suite bathroom has large marble bathtub as well as a luxurious walk-in shower, his/her vanities and a separate water closet.

Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5

Each of these three bedrooms has twin beds, ceiling fans and a large closet. One of these bedrooms also contains a TV.

Family Bathroom

This large family bathroom has an extra large counter, toilet and bath with shower.

When you book a villa your completed booking form is automatically emailed to the owner who will then contact you to arrange payment of the deposit or full balance depending on how soon the rental starts - if they accept credit/debit cards or PayPal you will be offered this convenient method of payment in the booking form (please note that there will be a surcharge of 4% applied when paying by this method) - alternatively payment by bank wire transfer or cheque/bankers draft/counter check may be an option offered to you which carries no surcharge.

For security reasons, the address, directions to the villa and entry instructions are not divulged until all monies have been paid in full to the owner.
