Situated on a quiet road on the exclusive Highlands Reserve Golf Resort, the villa offers 2000 sq ft of spacious living accommodation. The double height hall way and living room gives a real feeling of bright and ample living area, with patio doors overlooking the pool, and 11th fairway of the golf course.
The south west facing pool and extended deck area is bright and secluded, and enjoys views over the 11th fairway of Highlands Reserve Golf Course. The Pool (28 x 14 ft) has underwater lighting, and can be heated if required. The extended decking area is fully equipped with pool furniture.
There are 4 double bedrooms. The master with King size bed, cable TV and clock radio with ipod dock, guest safe, en-suite bathroom, with walk in shower and garden tub, and overlooks the pool to the rear. The double french doors lead from the master bedroom to the pool area. The Queen Room features views to the pool and the golf course. As well it has cable TV and a clock stereo with an ipod dock. The first twin room is the Surf themed room. Cable TV with VCR and DVD players. The second twin room is the Sail boat theme room. It has a stereo, cable TV with VCR and a game cube. All bedrooms have new linens.
A separate dining area leads through to the kitchen which is fully equipped with full size double door fridge/freezer, and ice maker. Oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and separate breakfast table. The kitchen has been updated with new pots and dishes. There is also a utility room with washer dryer, vacuum cleaner and ironing board etc.
The patio doors lead out to the south west facing pool and deck area. A perfect place to relax and catch Florida's fine weather. In the evening you can end your day by enjoying the sun setting over the golf course.
