Villa Layout & Specifications

The villa is fully air conditioned and heated and has been finished to exacting standards. Our villa is furnished to a very high standard providing our guests luxurious comfort and surroundings.

There is also a monitored alarm system for your peace of mind.

Outside, the pool area offers our guest privacy whilst they relax by the pool.

The accommodation comprises:-

Large Family Room

On entering into the house, you are lead from the reception area with its rattan hall table, into the very large family room which comprises of a white leather arm chair, two white leather sofas' and a further large fabric sofa which converts to full size sofa bed, slate topped coffee tables, an armoire containing a 37" widescreen cable TV/video, DVD, Playstation, CD Player, also available for guest use are various books and videos.

Kitchen

Fully fitted kitchen with light oak cabinets, breakfast bar and a comprehensive range of appliances. Includes a huge American fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, waste disposal unit, electric cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Also includes a large range of tableware, glasses and cutlery. Walk through the kitchen into a very spacious double garage.

Dining

The dining area is set off to one side of the kitchen & living area providing a view onto the pool area.

Utility Area

There is a separate discreet area for the large washing machine and tumble dryer. Providing guests with all the necessary items guests will need if they want to do their laundry.

Master Bedroom

True luxury, huge room with a King size bed,  light oak solid wood furniture complements this room, twin beside cabinets, chest of drawers/dressing table/mirror, cable TV, walk-in clothes storage closet (in here you will find a cot and a high chair for children more comfortable using this type of furniture).  From the bedroom patio doors lead you directly to the pool area.

The en-suite bathroom includes a large oval bath,  huge walk in shower, dual vanity unit, large 'Hollywood' style mirror and a fitted hairdryer. Separate WC.

Second Bedroom

Another luxurious bedroom with Queen size bed fitted with maple wood furniture, two bedside cabinets, large chest of drawers with mirror, cable TV/VCR and a very spacious clothes closet.

Third Bedroom

With two twin beds, light oak chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, spacious clothes closet and cable TV/VCR.

Family Bathroom

This sunny room comprises bath, shower, vanity unit with fixed hairdryer and WC.

Screened Pool and Deck

Leading out through the patio doors the deck and pool area provides you with excellent privacy. There is a shaded area which offers those who would like to cool down somewhere to go and enjoy the breeze provided by the two ceiling fans.  Around the pool there is plenty of space to relax on loungers and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

The safety of your family is our utmost priority - the pool area is protected by door alarms for the security of young children.

For the ultimate in alfreco dining, we can provide a gas BBQ at extra cost through our management company.

Baby Equipment

We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a cot (crib) and highchair which are all provided FREE OF CHARGE.

Wireless DSL Internet Access

We have provided a complimentary Wi-Fi DSL Internet Access for your convenience - just bring your laptop and sit in the sun and connect to the internet with ease.
