As you enter through the front door of our villa and into the main entrance area, you will see the ground floor accommodation spread out in front of you and out to the pool area.

Ground Floor
Pool Area
The pool and extended terrace offers a large, shaded lanai with table, 4 x chairs and 2 x sun-loungers. A full range of outdoor crockery and glasses for safe use out of doors is available.
Family Room
The open plan family room has sliding patio doors that lead to the pool area. There are 3 large comfortable sofas, a 46" flat screen cable TV, DVD player and stereo with iPod dock.
Kitchen
The large kitchen is fully-equipped with dishwasher, large oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, cutlery/, kettle and telephone. There is a separate kitchen table and four chairs ideal for those with children.
Utility / Laundry Room
The utility/laundry room is fitted with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and separate sink.
Formal Dining Room
This room offers a large dining table and 8 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining.
Living Room
The sitting room has a sofa, two armchairs and coffee table and is perfect as a place to rest, relax and look out at the swimming pool. This area has direct access to the pool area through sliding patio doors.
Master Bedroom
The large master bedroom has sliding patio doors to the pool area and a king size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, flat screen TV, DVD player and alarm clock radio.
The en-suite bathroom has a large Jacuzzi spa bath, walk-in shower, double vanity unit with hairdryer and a separate WC.
Second Master Bedroom
The second master bedroom has a queen size bed (a UK king), cable TV/DVD combo, alarm clock radio, walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom with shower (no bath).
The adjacent bathroom has a door for direct access to the swimming pool.
Bedroom 3 - Ideal for children
This bedroom has twin beds, TV, alarm clock radio and large built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 4 - Ideal for children
This bedroom has twin beds, TV, alarm clock radio and large built-in wardrobe.
Study / Playroom / Bedroom 6
This is a flexible room with a large sofabed and a TV with Playstation 2. It can be used as a quiet study, playroom or as an additional bedroom. The choice is yours.

First Floor
Bedroom 5
This large bedroom has a queen bed, TV, alarm clock radio, wardrobe and superb views of the golf course. Please note that this bedroom does not have a privacy door and is open to the stairway.

There is FREE, very fast WiFi internet access avaialble at the house so please bring your laptop/notebook with you.
Our home is locally managed so it is easy for you to collect keys and ask for any advice.
