Our villa offers a living room with 30" Cable TV, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge/freezer with ice maker and dishwasher as well as cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. In addition, there is a formal dining area with table and six chairs.
Our 24' x 12' fully screened pool is accessed via French windows from the living room. Chairs and tables are provided if you choose to eat outside with a ceiling fan above along with sun loungers. Plastic tableware is provided for use by the pool. The French windows have a pool alarm fitted to protect any small children from wondering into the pool area unaccompanied plus a child safety fence can be used across the front of the pool if desired. The pool area faces north looking onto a conservation area and so there is always a choice of sunbathing next to the pool or to sit in the shade. You will always have the choice of sun or shade all through the day.
The villa sleeps 8 people in its four bedrooms and could accommodate 2 more guests on the pullout sofa bed in the living room. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, a walk in wardrobe with floor safe and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. A radio alarm clock is provided.
The second bedroom has a full sized double bed plus a fitted wardrobe and a 'family' bathroom adjacent. There are 2 further twin bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes and bedside furniture.
The villa is fully air conditioned along with the lounge and the master bedroom having ceiling fans.
Any guests who have a laptop computer are able to access the internet via Ethernet and/or wireless broadband modem located in the kitchen area. This service is available free to our guests and is password protected with firewalls installed. Access information is provided on the modem.
Everything is included to make your stay as comfortable as possible including bed linen and towels (just bring your own beach towels). There is a full sized washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. A crib and highchair can be hired for younger guests if required either booked in advance or at our management company's reception at Regal Palms Resort just round the corner.
Our management company is available 24hrs 7 days either via telephone where they can handle any problems and handle any maintenance issues that may occur. They are there to make your stay as relaxing as possible.
