Enter the house and from the impressive hallway, look up towards the soaring cathedral ceilings and enjoy the wonderful feeling of space. Enter the lounge and you will experience the 'WOW' factor as you see the stairs leading up to the loft/lounge media room.

The design of the house is unique for this reason. The lounge is designed to relax in with sumptuous sofas and a large plasma tv to make the most of the large space and through the floor to ceiling windows ,admire the sparkling pool

Large patio doors with fitted child safety alarms, lead from the lounge onto the screened, covered patio/lanai which has a ceiling fan to keep you cool while you enjoy your alfresco meals at the table and adjoining bar.

There is an oversized pool deck surrounding the pool and spa with several loungers to relax in and the pool area is surrounded by landscaped gardens  with attractive plants, flowers and tropical hibiscus, which provide total privacy.It is also fenced on both sides

The newly decorated  master bedroom , with  a dramatic wallpapered  feature wall,  is situated on the ground floor, entered from grand double doors from the lounge. There is a large ensuite bathroom with an oval bath, walk in shower and his and hers hand basins. There is a very spacious walk-in-closet/wardrobe and a flat screen  TV .

Also on the ground floor, there is a half bathroom/cloakroom and a well equipped utility room with various laundry accessories. Here we have also provided pool towels (no need to bring your own) tennis racquets and a few  golf clubs 

The utility room leads in to the garage and games room which we have equipped with full size air hockey table, football table, magnetic darts and pool table - This room has been decorated with a sports theme.

Up the attractive stairs, take a minute to view the downstairs lounge from the galleried landing and relax in the loft/lounge media room which has been decorated with a golf theme. Here there is an attractive armoire housing the 31" TV, CD, VCR and DVD.There are comfortable caribbean wicker chairs to relax in The computer desk makes it easy for you to use your laptop and enjoy free internet access.There is a queen sized sofa bed which then makes an alternative fourth bedroom,that can be screened with an attractive Japanese room divider

Also on this floor are two further bedrooms ,one with a further featured wall decorated in a black and white theme with a queen sized bed, large wardrobe/closet, and tv. The second bedroom on this floor is a twin room which can be made into a double, decorated in an attractive pale lime and also features a large wardrobe/closet and a TV. Adjoining these two bedrooms is a bathroom
