As you step in through the front door of our fabulous villa with its minstrel gallery and high vaulted ceilings you realise you have made the right choice.

Formal Lounge & Dining Room

There is a Formal Lounge area complete with comfortable sofas occasional tables, 42" Flat Screen TV /DVD player. The Formal Dining area has a modern table and chairs which seats six.  There is a highchair provided for your little one.

Family Room

This is the ideal area to relax after a full day at the Parks it has three cosy sofas, Flat Screen TV, DVD player. The view from the family room through the patio doors on to the pool area is breathe taking. The patio doors are fully alarmed to comply with Florida State law, for the safety of small children.

Games Room

There is a integral door into our large double garage which has been converted into a games room fitted for all the family's enjoyment. Take your pick from Pool, Table Tennis or Darts. There are 2 half-sets of golf clubs (Ladies and Gents) in case you fancy a round on Highlands Reserve with the Club House only a 2 minute drive away.

Kitchen / Dining Nook

The large open plan kitchen area comprises of a fully fitted kitchen with all mod-cons including large stove/oven, fridge/freezer, dish washer, waste disposal breakfast bar and stools in the nook over looking the pool is another dining table and chairs.

Laundry Room

This room is fully equipped with large washing machine and seperate dryer.Iron board and iron, lots of beach towels for use at the pool. There are amply supplies of linens, bath and hand towels along with face cloths in the airing cupboards - more than enough for the largest number of guests.  A stroller is provided for your convenience.

All the above area is floored with ceramic tiles.

Ground Floor Bedroom

This bedroom has a queen sizes bed, fitted carpet and built in wardrobes, dressing table, ceiling fan, cable TV and a radio alarm.  It is secluded with its own bathroom next door complete with bath and over bath shower. There is also a door at the end of the corridor leading to the pool area again it is alarmed.

First Floor

Off the minstrel gallery there are four bedrooms and an area overlooking the down stairs which is equipped with a desk and internet connection.

Master Bedroom

This large bright airy room has views over the golf course and is accessed through double doors,there is a King Size bed, two bedside cabinets and two chest of drawers. The luxury ensuite has a recently modernised large walk in shower, corner bath with his and hers vanity units and hair dryer, walk in wardrobe, seperate WC. There is cable TV, ceiling fan. Telephone and radio alarm clock.  A cot (crib) is provided for your little one.

1st Floor Bedrooms

There are three good size twin bedded bedrooms, all with walk in wardrobes, cable TVs , radio alarms, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and ceiling fans.

There is a family bathroom which has a hair dryer, bath and shower.

All rooms have fitted carpets.

Pool

A fully screened extended pool deck with large 28ft x 14ft pool complete with 6 Sunloungers and table and 6 chairs, it is in such a position that it catches the sun all day long.

Surrounding Area

The villa is situated in Highlands Reserve and backs on to the 9th Fairway of Highlands Reserve Golf Course and is minutes away from the Club House, Tennis Courts, Communal pool and Childrens Play Area. 10 - 15 minutes from Disney, with restaurants, bars and shopping near by.
