Pool Area

The luxurious oversized pool deck with large pool, offers pleasant golf course views onto the 17th tee to the rear and is the perfect place to sunbathe and relax in the Florida sunshine. The pool area is provided with 1 x table, 6 x chairs and 4 x sun-loungers for your enjoyment and comfort.

The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April) but for those really hot days of summer, you can keep cool as you sip iced drinks under the lanai or by the pool.

For the ultimate alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ with utensils at an additional cost.

For toddler safety by the poolside, the pool doors are all alarmed.

Large Family Room

This large open plan family room with modern furnishings consists of 2 sofas, 50" cinema screen TV, DVD player, CD player and a Book & CD library. There are doors leading to all bedrooms and large patio doors giving access to our privately screened pool with oversized pool deck - here you can relax under the lanai and enjoy breakfast and evening meals while overlooking the spectacular views of the golf course.

Living Room

On entering our luxurious villa, to your right there is a comfortable living area with 3 sofas offering a pleasant outlook onto the front garden - a quite area to relax and read a book.

Kitchen

The fully equipped open plan kitchen, featuring beautiful granite worktops, overlooks the large pool and patio area. The granite topped breakfast bar has adequate cooking space and seats 4 bar stools. Appliances include a full size Oven, Microwave, large Fridge/Freezer with ice & water disposal, Dishwasher and Waste Disposal unit. All china, glassware, cutlery and cookware are provided.

Dining Room

The dining area is situated to the rear of the building overlooking the pool and golf course. Offering a large table with 6 chairs and is ideal for that special occasion.

Master Bedroom 1

This modern furnished bedroom offers a king size bed, matching bed stands, lamps, and cabinet mounted cable TV with DVD player. There is a large double wardrobe providing adequate storage and a safe for your use. This bedroom has sliding patio doors presenting private access onto the pool deck. The large master en-suite bedroom has a roman bath, large walk-in shower, vanity unit with double basins and a separate WC.

Master Bedroom 2

This second master bedroom features an American theme, furnished with a queen size bed and matching bed stands, lamps, cable TV and DVD player, dressing table and double closet. The cabana en-suite bathroom has bath with integrated shower, vanity unit and WC. The bathroom conveniently opens out onto the pool deck giving access straight from the pool.

Bedroom 3

This bedroom features a large queen sized bed, matching bed stands and lamps, dressing table, double wardrobe with ample storage and cable TV and DVD player.

Bedroom 4

The ‘Barbie' themed bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds, bedside table, dresser, double wardrobe and cable TV with DVD.

Bedroom 5

This ‘Baseball' themed bedroom is also equipped with 2 twin beds, large bedside table with lamps, cable TV and double closet.

3rd Bathroom

This family bathroom has a full bath/ shower, large vanity unit and WC.

Games Room

As an added feature we have equipped the garage as a games room with a full size pool table, table football and outside basketball ring for your enjoyment.

Laundry

The laundry room provides Washing Machine and separate matching tumble dryer, iron board and iron. All high quality towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.

Wireless Internet Access

Our villa is equipped with high-speed wireless internet access so you can keep in touch with friends and family while away.
