The family room has three sofa's and cable TV and overlooks the pool and spa with 'alarmed' patio doors for safety and to comply with Florida law. There is a further lounge with two sofa's and a dining area complete with dining table and chairs. The upper floor has a large open area for use as a play area /den and is equipped with a sofa bed.

The kitchen area is equipped with all modern conveniences including large fridge/freezer with ice maker for those 'cold' drinks !! The kitchen has a breakfast bar and separate table and chairs.

On the ground floor, the utility room has a washing machine and a separate large tumble dryer.
Master Bedroom
The master Bedroom, accessed via double doors, has a King sized bed, Dresser and unit with cable TV. The luxury en-suite bathroom has his & hers vanity units, large corner bath and separate W.C. There is a large shower enclosure and a walk-in cupboard with use of (free) safe for your valuables etc.
1st Floor Bedrooms
There are 3 other bedrooms on the 1st Floor. One has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in cupboard, Queen sized bed and the other two twin bedded rooms share a family bathroom.
Ground Floor Bedroom
There is a ground floor bedroom with corridor access to a bathroom and W.C. and a separate door on to the pool area. This room has a double bed and walk-in cupboards.
Exterior
The villa is situated on a large corner plot planted with palms and shrubs. The pool and spa area overlooks the golf course and is equipped with sun beds, table and chairs. There is a large double garage ideal for loading/unloading groceries out of the sun, direct into the villa via internal door to the hallway entrance area.
