Our stunning villa will easily accommodate 12 guests in comfort and is available for rental all year round. The property benefits from a recent upgrade and is equipped to the highest standards. Light and airy, decorated with coloured accents and designer furnishings, it provides the space, comfort and accessibility to make your stay one to remember, and create memories that will last forever !!

Ground Floor

Family Room

Exceptionally spacious open-plan family room, dining room and kitchen area. The family room overlooks the pool and the conservation view beyond. Furnished with designer leather sectional sofa and chaise lounge so there's plenty of space to relax and unwind. There's an entertainment centre housing a 50" flat screen HDTV with theatre-surround sound, linked to a multi-channel HD cable system and a Blu-Ray DVD player!

Dining

There is a formal dining area to the front aspect with seating for 6, plus a breakfast nook with large kitchen table where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast together to the rear aspect.

Kitchen

The large kitchen has plenty of workspace and cabinets. It's fully equipped with an electric range with a large oven, a refrigerator / freezer, coffee maker toaster, microwave and dishwasher plus all the cooking utensils you could require.

Laundry Room

Next to the kitchen is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.

Living Room / 6th Bedroom

We have a separate living room to the front aspect, that can be used as another sitting area or utilised as a 6th bedroom. Here you can relax in peace, use the free high speed internet connection, or let the youngsters play on the PlayStation. The room has a full size sofa that opens out to a queen size bed, plus there's plenty of closet space in the room.

Ground Floor Master Bedroom 2

The second master suite is located downstairs and has a queen size sleigh bed, nightstand with ample closet and drawer space. Adjacent is an ensuite bathroom, and a door leading directly onto the pool deck. Being on the ground floor, the suite is ideally located for guests who may not be able to access the upstairs bedrooms.

Pool & Pool Deck

Double patio doors lead out of the family room onto the fully screened oversize pool deck with private pool which is large enough to swim a few laps, or to have fun playing with the kids. There are loads of inflatable pool toys to amuse the children and the adults.  There are patio door alarms to warn parents if children try to gain access to the pool deck unsupervised.

The deck has luxury padded chairs and 6 x sun loungers, so enjoy a peaceful day relaxing by the pool in privacy (since we have no rear neighbours), or switch on the pool lighting in the evening and carry on playing when you return from the theme parks or the fairways. Alternatively, take a night off from driving and enjoy a barbecue with a few beers on a warm Florida evening.

Games Room

The garage is converted into a games room with pool table, air hockey game, foosball, netball game and pro-quality darts board.

Upper Floor

King Master Bedroom

Upstairs, we have a sumptuous oversize master bedroom with seating area, walk-in closet and large bathroom. It has a king-size bed and there's an inner room next to the Master bathroom that has a cot (crib) and safe if needed. There is an ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom with separate WC, corner bath, shower stall and his-n'-hers vanities with dressing room lighting. All the bedrooms are equipped with TV's and ceiling fans.

Mickey & Minnie Twin Bedroom

The Mickey & Minnie Mouse themed bedroom has two twin beds, Mickey-style TV with DVD player and a walk-in closet.

Little Princess Twin Bedroom

Likewise, the Little Princesses room is colour coordinated in pinks and lavenders, and has two twin beds, Princess-style TV with DVD player and walk-in closet.

Golf Theme Bedroom 4

There's a fourth bedroom upstairs with twin and full-size beds. Since we are located on a golf community, this room has a golfing theme.

Family Bathroom

The family bathroom is conveniently located and comes with double washbasins, bath with shower over and WC. There are loads of extra towels throughout so you can use your precious baggage allowance for more important things, such as taking home the bargains from the shopping malls. Likewise, we offer free usage of a couple of baby strollers in case you don't want to bring your own buggies.

Your Safety

With grandchildren of our own, we also know how important it is to make them safe and secure. The patio doors and back door are equipped with pool alarms and the villa itself is equipped with state-of-the-art security surveillance system.

Any Problems - Help is at hand !!

Our management company is based on Highlands Reserve and will ensure that the villa is professionally cleaned before and after your occupancy. They will also respond should you have a maintenance problem during your stay.

Local Amenities

Around a 15 - 20 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) from our home you will find a Publix supermarket along with a British-run cafe serving fish & chips, full English breakfast and Sunday roasts. There's several multi-national takeaways, plus an Applebee's restaurant that has great food, a good atmosphere along with a happy hour most days. There's also a Tap Room bar which shows sporting events including football.

So, after a hard day soaking up the sun, you can take a leisurely walk down to have tea, followed be a few ice cold Bud's. Then walk home so no need to worry about taking the car and drinking.
