Living Room (Front Aspect)
As you enter the villa you find the spacious Living & Dining areas. The living area comes with a pair of 2 seater sofas. This is a quiet area to relax away from the noise of the pool area or TV in the family room.
Dining Area
The dining area has a glass topped dining table to comfortably seat 6.
Family Room (Rear Aspect)
In the family room there is a comfortable 3 seater sofa and seating for two others with a LCD HD Cable TV and DVD player. The family room opens out onto the covered lanai on the pool deck via sliding patio doors.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen with light oak cabinets, breakfast bar and a comprehensive range of appliances including a huge American fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, waste disposal unit, electric cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
We have also included a large range of tableware, glasses and cutlery. There is also a breakfast nook with table & 4 chairs and breakfast bar with 2 bar stools.
Utility Room
The utility room includes a washing machine, tumble drier, an iron and ironing board. This leads through to the garage.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, cable TV & DVD, alarm clock radio, dressing table, 2 bedside drawers and large walk-in wardrobe. The bedroom has patio doors leading directly onto the pool area.
Ensuite Bathroom
This features a bath and separate walk-in shower, his & hers sinks and WC. A hairdryer is also provided in the vanity unit.
Bedroom 2
This bedroom has a queen sized bed with 2 bedside tables and an alarm clock radio.
Bedroom 3
This bedroom has 2 twin sized beds with shared bedside table.
Family Bathroom
The family bathroom is located between bedrooms 2 & 3 and has a bath with shower over, single vanity and WC.
Large Pool & Pool Deck
There is a large private pool deck with inviting pool looking out over a very private garden.
The covered lanai area with a table and 4 chairs offers a shady retreat from the hot Florida sun and is the perfect setting for an alfresco breakfast, lunch or dinner.
At night, the area is great for a totally private romantic meal overlooking the underwater lit pool - bliss!!
We have provided 4 sun loungers for your comfort by the poolside to soak up those rays.
For your alfresco dining pleasure, we can provide a gas BBQ for $45 per week charge which includes gas and cleaning.
Items Included
We provide all bed linens, towels etc. All bedrooms have ample closet and drawer space. The telephone is free for all local and US/Canadian calls - for international calls please use pre-paid phone cards available from the local supermarket.
We have also provided WiFi wireless internet access - just bring your laptop, tablet or smartphone to access the internet and email.
The villa is professionally managed by a local company and is professionally cleaned and prepared before each arrival.
This home has off street parking for 2 cars.
You will be provided with a unique code for your arrival to gain access to the villa.
