Our 3 bedroom villa is set within the highly desirable Highlands Reserve golf community but has its own private and secluded swimming pool area where the sun shines from early morning to late afternoon. Fully air contioned/heated villa with ceiling fans throughout.
Master bedroom with ensuite facilities including two sinks, shower and bath, walk in closet and patio doors leading onto the pool area.
Twin bedroom and a further double bedroom, both with built in closets.
A further 2 people may be accomodated in optional fold away beds.
Private pool area with secluded area for dining or relaxing. Pool may be heated for an additional charge.
Large family room with cable TV, video, dvd player and selection of books and games.
Relaxation area and formal dining area with seating for 6 people.
Fully fitted kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and cooker. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Table for casual dining together with breakfast bar.
Double garage with electric door opening.
All linen and towels provided.
Villa professionally cleaned before and after visits and fully maintained to a very high standard.
No smoking policy operates within the house.
A gas BBQ is available on request for a small additional charge as are high chairs and cribs.

When you book a villa your completed booking form is
automatically emailed to the owner who will then contact
you to arrange payment of the deposit or full balance
depending on how soon the rental starts - if they accept
credit/debit cards or PayPal you will be offered this
convenient method of payment in the booking form (please note that there
will
be a surcharge of 4% applied when paying by
this method) - alternatively payment by bank wire
transfer or cheque/bankers draft/counter check may be an
option offered to you which carries no surcharge.
