The Villa
On entry into our Home you will be presented with a luxurious formal dining area which comfortably seats 6. Throughout our home the vaulted ceilings add to a sense of spaciousness and luxury. Continuing past the dining area leads you into the large lounge / family room and fully equipped open plan kitchen. Patio doors will lead you out onto our extended decking area and large South facing heated pool which gives a full day of glorious sunshine from sunrise to sunset.
Grand Master Bedroom
The Master bedroom has a Grand Pillared Super Kingsize bed with matching night stands, dressing mirror and armoir containing a large screen TV and DVD player. This bedroom boasts a panoramic view of the pool area and landscaped gardens. A guest safe is located in the fitted wardrobe.
Grand Master Ensuite
This luxury ensuite encompasses a double vanity mirror with his and her basins, spacious sunken corner bath and seperate large walk in shower fitted with grab rails. A seperate WC is also located within the ensuite.
Master Bedroom 2
Offering a recently restyled lavished appearance this room has a Kingsize bed warmed with a neutral decor. It is equipped with Cable TV, PlayStation 2 / DVD Player and walk in closet.
Master Cabana Bathroom
Designed initially for sole use by our second Master this bathroom carries all the normal facilities of a combined bath, shower and WC, with the added extra entry and exit onto the pool side area. Some guests have in the past shared this facility with the remaining 3 bedrooms but this will be the choice of your party.
Bedrooms 3 - 5
Located next to the Second Master are 2 further bedrooms recently redressed to a stylish finish. Bedroom 3 boasts a Queensize bed. Bedroom 4 comprises of 2 single beds which is bright and airy and Florida themed. Bedroom 5 is situated directly opposite the formal dining area and also contains 1 single bed. All bedrooms are equipped with Cable TV, DVD Player and walk in closets, and share the facilities of our 3rd bathroom being shower room, basin and WC.
Family Room
As a focal point to this living area we have installed a 52" HD TV, DVD and VCR. As an added extra the cable TV package in the Family room offers free HBO, STARS and ShowTime movie packages. For your comfort we have provided a 3 & 2 seater sofa and arm chair allows maximum relaxation whilst watching TV.
Kitchen
Spacious and open planned this area is extremely well equipped with a large fridge freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser (crushed or cubed) Toaster, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Electric Can Opener, Microwave, Large American Oven, Dish Washer and full crockery and cutlery await guest use.
Games Room
Offering a 8ft Pool Table, Basketball, Dart Board and Tennis equipment for use on the communal tennis area this room is often used for those wishing to entertain children of all ages. This area contains a Washer, Dryer, Vacuum and Ironing Board, Childs Cot along with various pool toys used at the renters discretion.
Pool
This area is equipped with 4 sun loungers, pool side table, 4 chairs and large parasol. The pool is fitted with a pool blanket which we recommend you use if you choose to have the pool heated as this will help retain the heat and prevent the pool heater working too hard.
For your after-parks relaxation we have recently installed a DreamMaker 5 person spa with separate temperature control - Go on indulge yourself !!
We have provided a fully equipped Gas BBQ. This must be used only on the pool deck area with the appropriate provided BBQ floor mat and BBQ rules observed.
Wireless Internet Access
Free wireless DSL internet access and workstation are also available for your use - PC not provided.
