This overcomes the problem of deciding "Who gets the master bedroom?" making our villa extremely popular with 2 families sharing.
There are no villas behind ours, just unspoilt conservation area with mature woodlands. You won't hear any traffic noise around our villa - just the sounds of nature in the woodland beyond.

Family Room
This spacious and comfortable living area provides a perfect place to relax and enjoy a film on the fantastic 46" Panasonic Plasma HDTV. There are over 340 Fibre-Optic Channels + 18,000 free Videos on Demand for you to chose from including BBC America. We also provide a DVD player.
You can test your gaming skills on the Nintendo Wii Games Console with 2 x MotionPlus controllers - it's amazing on the big screen !! We have provided a selection of DVD films and Wii games for all ages. In addition you can rent DVDs and Wii games from the local video store - only 4 minutes drive and next to an excellent Chinese Takeaway and Pizzeria who deliver to Highlands Reserve. If you haven't brought your laptop, you can also access the internet and your email through the Wii.
If you just fancy listening to some music, there is an iPod Docking Station and CD Stereo & Radio. We also provide an additional portable CD Player to play music whilst relaxing outside by the poolside.
Why not just choose a book from the selection provided in the entertainment unit and sink into the comfy sofas inside or sun loungers ourtside, relax, unwind and take a well deserved rest.
Sliding doors lead directly from the family room to the pool deck and give wonderful views of the pool and conservation woodland beyond.
Dining Room
The dining room (adjacent to the kitchen) has wonderful views over the pool deck and woodland beyond. The formal dining table and 6 chairs provides comfortable seating for 6. There is additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar.
There are a second set of sliding patio doors, providing direct access onto the covered porch area where additional patio tables and chairs provide seating for 8 for private alfresco dining.
Fully Equipped Kitchen & Laundry Room
We have a fully equipped kitchen with every appliance, utensil, pot or pan you could possibly need during your stay. The side-by-side fridge/freezer dispenses ice and ice cold water on demand. In addition we provide a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, blender, toaster etc... Whether making a quick snack or preparing a meal for the family we are sure you will find everything you need.
There is a plentiful supply of dishware and glassware for use within the villa. For your own safety we ask that only the pool safe dishware and glassware supplied is used in the pool area.
The laundry room is accessed from the kitchen and is equipped with a full sized washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board so pack light - save your luggage space for your souveniers and bargains from the designer outlet malls.
King Master Bedroom 1
The first master bedroom has a luxury hand made oak 76" King sized bed, walk-in in wardrobe, matching bedside cabinets, large 9 drawer dresser, wall hung mirror, wall mounted 32" HD Samsung LCD TV with 340+ Fibre-Optic Channels + 18,000 free Videos on Demand, and bedside telephone.
The luxury ensuite bathroom features 'his and hers' sinks with large mirror over, double walk-in shower, and separate WC. A hairdryer and hair straighteners are also provided for your convenience. There is direct access from this ensuite bathroom to the poolside.
Queen Master Bedroom 2
The second master bedroom has a 5' Queen sized bed with the same bedroom furniture and features as the first master including a wall mounted 32" HD Samsung LCD TV with 340+ Fibre-Optic Channels + 18,000 free Videos on Demand.
Please note that this bedroom will be upgraded to a king in Summer 2012 to the same hand made oak furniture as in master 1 bedroom.
The ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC, built-in sink unit and hairdryer.
Twin Bedrooms 3 & 4
The remaining two bedrooms are both twins (2 single twin sized beds) each with walk-in wardrobes, drawer units, bedside unit and large TV's with individual 340+ Fibre-Optic channels + 18,000 Videos on Demand.
Family Bathroom 3
Both twin bedrooms are served by the remaining family bathroom (between the 2 bedrooms). There is a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit.
Great Games Room
Our well equipped games room will suit all ages and includes a full sized pool table, air glide hockey table, table foosball and a full sized championship dartboard with score board.
Large Pool with Enviable Conservation Woodland Views
Our large 24' x 13' privately screened heated pool with uninterupted views of the conservation woodland, faces south west guaranteeing sun on the pool area all day and glorious sunsets every evening. We have provided 6 reclining sun loungers for your comfort and sun bathing pleasure. Small side tables are provided for your added comfort and convenience - somewhere to rest that all important cold drink and your chosen holiday reading.
We have just replaced our pool heater for the latest high efficiency model to ensure you always have a warm pool (please note that pool heating carries an extra charge).
The pool has an oversized deck with removable toddler safety screen for your peace of mind.
The covered porch area with ceiling fan offers a shady retreat and a perfect setting for alfresco dining. There is ample seating for 8 at the pool dining table. There is an addition table provided for your convenience at the poolside.
At night, the porch area is great for a totally private romantic meal overlooking the underwater lit pool - did we mention that we have splendid sunsets every night ?
With the high level planting to both sides of the pool plus no rear neighbours, you are provided maximum privacy.
Alfresco Dining - Fire Up The Barbie... Mate !!
We have provided a free luxury gas fired BBQ for use by the poolside for those impromptu meals - great to unwind on those "lazy by the pool" days.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located on Highlands Reserve. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.
We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a cot (crib), highchair, stroller, potty and baby monitor, which are all provided free of charge. In addition for a toddler we have provided a Child Safety Bed Rail for use on any of the twin beds.
No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the 6 digit code and your holiday can begin !!
To make your arrival less stressful, we offer a Welcome Food Pack which contains all the basic essentials. If you have any special requests such as a case of beer, or a bottle of wine, we will try to accommodate these. Sometimes, it is great to just settle in and relax by the pool on your first night and wait to do the shopping the following day at your leisure.

And finally for those workaholics, we have a specially built-in desk space adjacent to the kitchen where you can use your laptop computer, iPad or smartphone to get your email and surf the web via the complimentary Super-Fast 35Mb Fibre-Optic Wireless DSL Internet Access - ideal for those of us who still need to keep their finger on the pulse. You can even use your laptop by the poolside - if you must work whilst on holiday at least enjoy the beautiful view.
