Villa Layout

The villa is fully air-conditioned and is bright, airy and open plan.  The total space is over 1900 square feet. The living and sleeping areas are fully carpeted, with tiles fitted in the remaining rooms. All bedrooms and lounge areas have speed adjustable ceiling fans.

The accommodation comprises of:

Ground Floor

Large Family Room
- this room is a large living and dining area. The lounge area comprises of two large sofas and an occasional chair.  Cable TV and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment.  In the dining area there is a dining suite that sits six people and overlooks the pool and spa.
 
There is a telephone for free local calls for all your requirements - ordering takeaways (they all deliver to Highlands Reserve) or booking local restaurants etc...

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen is fitted out with modern light-oak kitchen units and a comprehensive range of appliances, including an American size fridge/freezer, electric cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and blender.  Also there is a large range of quality tableware, glasses and cutlery and cooking utensils for all your requirements.  There is a roomy breakfast area with a large table and four chairs.

Utility Room

This room is fully equipped incorporating a full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.  This means that you don't have to bring the kitchen sink with you, this will enable you to take even more shopping back home !!  We supply beach towels for your use, which are stored in the utility room.
 
All towels and linens are provided for the comfort of your stay and are stored in and around the bathrooms.  There is also a hairdryer available for your use.

Half Bathroom

Set on the ground floor this room has a wash hand basin with mirror above and a toilet.

Master - Bedroom 1

The spacious master bedroom is set on the ground floor and has a king size bed, a large walk-in wardrobe (where a security safe is installed), bedside cabinets and a large dresser with mirror. The en-suite bathroom features his & hers vanity sink unit with large illuminated mirror, oversized walk-in shower, a large corner bathtub and toilet.

First Floor

Bedroom 2

Fitted with a queen size bed, large built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinet and large dresser with mirror.

Bedroom 3

Fitted with twin beds, large built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a dresser with mirror above.  This room includes a cable TV and DVD player.

Galleried Loft / 4th bedroom

The galleried loft can be used for a number of usages, a lounge area, entertainment area, or can be used as a 4th bedroom.  This large bright and airy loft has two sofas, one of which is a queen size sofa bed, which means that our villa can sleep up to 8 people.  There is also cable TV and a stereo system in this area.  In the loft area we have provided a High Speed (DSL) wireless enabled computer for free internet and email access. 

Family Bathroom

This bathroom situated on the first floor serves bedroom 2 & 3 and also the loft area.  It has a bathtub with a shower over, a built-in mirrored vanity unit and a toilet.

Outside

Screened Pool / Spa and Deck

The villa has a large (23' x 13') screened heated pool with a relaxing spa attached.  With the use of the pool heater the spa can quickly be heated so that you can enjoy a relaxing time watching the sunset after a long day at the parks, golf course or the shopping malls. 

The large decking area is ideal for sun bathing and sun loungers are provided for your comfort.  The area is protected by an alarm system to prevent small children wandering into the pool. 

There is a private covered area with a ceiling fan, large table and four chairs for outside dining, and in the evening it's a perfect place to have dinner looking out over the pool which can be lit with underwater pool lights.
 
Any extra items that you want are available on request including Gas BBQ, Cot (crib), highchair.  We can even arrange a grocery pack on your arrival. You can request these items when completing your booking form.
 
There are also 2 bicycles, tennis racquets and some golf equipment for the use of visitors.
