planning and staying at their villa. The home is
nicely appointed and is in an excellent location.
Proximity to the parks and shopping are just right
and the villa is in a great quiet community for when
you return from your days adventures.

Myself and my wife stayed here on our honeymoon and had a fantastic time. The house was clean and well maintained...plenty of room and everything you would need!!!!
The owners kept in contact with us and were great to deal with, this extended to the management company who were there for our every need and also very pleasant.
The location of the property is really good and having been Florida 7 times before this was definitely a great location to be. Very close to Disney and easy access to the major road to everything else.
It was really was a great trip and we loved staying at the house......worse thing....the weather was cooooold...but nothing the home owners could do about that!! :)

Firstly, the communication with the villa owner was excellent. Very friendly phone conversations and all the information you could ever need.
The villa itself was fantastic. Beautifully presented throughout, all the amenities you required for any length of stay. The beds were also very comfortable (....we have stayed in villas where they aren't and does detract from the holiday a little :-)).
The location was brilliant. For the first time in 10 visits to Orlando, we were within a 10 minute walk from a Restaurant and Bar...Appleby's. We had some nice food and sat around the bar having a couple of drinks and talking to the locals. Also, you were only 10-15 mins from Disney - brilliant. You could visit the parks during the day, come back to the villa, relax, get changed and go to a restaurant at night and it didn't feel like you were driving all the time.
We liked everything about the villa and disliked nothing. Next time we go this will be the villa we stay in (as long as it's available :-)

We stayed at Tiggers Villa in July 2009 and had a fantastic time. The villa is beautiful and decorated to a high standard. Everything you would need for a great stay is there, the master bedroom especially was amazing. The pool area was great with the sun on the whole decking all day, also a lovely outlook on to the conservation area. Our two boys loved the games room, what more could they want!! Bill and Barbara were so helpful before and after the holiday and nothing was too much, they are a lovely couple. The villa is situated very conveniently for Disney and also close to nearby shops. I would highly recommend Tiggers Villa to anyone wishing to stay in Orlando. We certainly will be back in the future.

We went for a fortnight at the end of June 2009. From arrival to leaving we had a great time, with a beautifully spec'd villa as a base, ideal for what we wanted to do.

The location is great, within easy reach of all the main Orlando holiday sites but very secluded with no passing traffic and open to the back, enabling us to have a really relaxing holiday.

I'd thoroughly recommend it as a base for a Florida holiday.
