Thank you for a very enjoyable three week stay in your villa at Highlands Reserve for my family and I.

As I am sure you can appreciate, there is always an apprehension of whether holiday accommodation is going to live up to expectations, yours certainly did. The first thing I noticed when we entered was the cleanliness of the villa both inside the house and the pool area. Needless to say, the hygiene is extremely important and I would not have wanted to spend a three week holiday somewhere that was shoddy or not as clean as I would like. No fear of that here, your cleaners are doing a great job. In addition, I was amazed at how well equipped your villa is, you really have thought of everything one could possibly need to make an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

This Villa felt more like a home rather than holiday accommodation and that's because everything you could need was there, thus making for a relaxed and very comfortable stay.

My family and I plan to visit again.

This is the third time we have stayed in Highlands Reserve and we were delighted with Jasmine 1, which is located in an enviable position on this beautiful estate. The pool is not overlooked (a rarity for Florida properties or so it seems) a major attraction for us as we used the pool area extensively this year. The house is superb, with all mod cons provided, a well stocked kitchen and utility room, comfortable bedroom and other nice touches. that make this a true home from home. I can confidently recommend this property to all those who wants to enjoy all that the Orlando area has to offer but also want to take advantage of the peace and quiet this community has to offer. All theme parks within easy driving distances - it really isn't an issue at all.

A wonderful holiday in luxury accommodation. We shall return soon.

Many thanks for a fantastic villa with everything just as described. It was a real home-from-home for both our children and their grandparents, with everything we could possibly have wanted.

Your pre-arrival information and the Guest Information Folder were especially useful in helping us plan our week. The pool was fantastic, and very welcome in temperatures above 90deg on several days.

As an oasis from Disney if required, we would thoroughly recommend Sea World, the children's fountains in Celebration and the locals' beach at St Petersburg. We look forward to coming again and have no hesitation in knowing where to come for accommodation!

The villa was great after a long day of Disneyworld & Universal. It was a real treat to cook our own meals instead of paying a ton of money in restaurants. The pool was a fantastic way to relax and play. The home was spacious and comfortable. Our daughter tried out all the rooms! This was a great way to spend our much-awaited vacation. We plan to do it again, soon.

We had a fantastic holiday in Florida. Enjoyed the various parks and attractions but didn't over do it. Discovery Cove was probably the best.

Your villa was very spacious and in the main well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed the facilites of the golf course/tennis courts and lazy river etc. all within easy reach.

We would recommend to any keen golfers who want to try other golf clubs that they buy their own clubs in Walmart ($69) for a set as hiring them is expensive at the other clubs (not Highlands Reserve which is very reasonable).

We would recommend the villa to anyone who wants to explore the area and be within close proximity to the parks and all that florida has to offer.

The Meredith's have a lovely home in Davenport, Florida. This was our first experience with renting a home and it was great. The Meredith's had plenty of things (board games, Nintendo GameCube, Pool, as well as their games room) to keep the kids busy as if they were at their own home.

They provide great short cut directions from the airport and to Disney attractions which really helped with cutting down the travel times.

I highly recommend their rental unit and hope we will have the opportunity to rent from them again.

We were concerned about not being close enough to Disney property and Simon reassured us that we were very close. He was right it was perfect!

The Villa was incredible, with everything we could possibly need and more.

What we really appreciated were all the extra's that you don't normally get. After an exhausting day around the parks it was nice to relax with a DVD or the Nintendo.

In the heat it was great to jump into our own private pool and enjoy some games.

The location was ideal, with all of the attractions just a short drive away. Local facilities like the supermarket were very useful.

We ordered our tickets through the recommended Kissimee Guest Services, who gave an excellent service and we're genuinly good value.

We spent a wonderful two weeks here in the middle of August (in between hurricanes). The villa is well equipped, spacious (more than enough room for our family of five) and well looked after, the house was spotless when we arrived. The ice dispenser in the fridge/freezer was a great hit with our 11 year old.

The pool area was safe and certainly well used by us. The information pack in the villa was a great help. The villa is in a great location, away from the bustle of Disney but also close enough.

A large supermarket only minutes away, as is the gas station, dont forget to pay before you fill up though!

This was a real home from home and I would certainly book the villa again if we return to this area.

In all aspects, the rental experience exceeded our expectations. Rental agents were pleasant, efficient and truly concerned that we enjoy our stay. While there, our needs were taken care of without delay and everyone we dealt with were extremely polite and helpful.

These two villas are great for two families - they have two master bedrooms and two bedrooms with twin beds for kids.

I would highly recommend these units.

Additionally, the location to Orlando attractions and roadways was convenient.

We had a wonderful time in Orlando, it was made all the more special because we stayed in your beautiful villa. We had everything we needed - we could not have asked for more.

We were only minutes from the theme parks and within easy reach of the shopping malls and supermarkets.

Florida never lets you down, we had a great time. The villa is lovely, the children had a great time in the pool which was heated to perfection. Everything we needed was here (although we didn't cook at all !!)

The guest directory was very helpful - a great idea !!

We really enjoyed our stay at Highlands Reserve. The villa was ideal for 2 families. The villa was clean and spacious. It is only 10 minutes to Disney and less than a mile to an excellent supermarket.

Tips:
We highly recommend the Millenia Mall on Conroy road (Macys, Bloomingdales etc)
best discount premium outlet - (avoid Belz outlets-boring and spread out).
Visit wonderworks for fascinating fun. Good inexpensive family restaurant on Intl. Drive (opp. Wonderworks) sizzlers restaurant.
Always use fastpass ticket system in Disney
Get a second day free when you visit SeaWorld

We all had a wonderful time. Everyone was very comfortable here. It was nice to have all the space instead of a cramped hotel room. We loved having home cooked meals, swimming, hanging out by the pool etc...

We had a wonderful holiday in your beautiful villa which was very spacious and airy. The two master bedroms were very useful and made us feel that we were in one of MGM's movies. Very well equipped, we have never seen so many towells all in one place before.

We found the location ideal, just far enough away from the bustle of the theme parks but close enough for easy access. Unfortunately, our grandsons became quite used to having a swim in your lovely pol after a hard day at Disney etc. and none of us wanted to leave.

As one off 4 adults and 4 children, we stayed for 1 week in total comfort and more than enough space. The villa is beautiful within a quiet location, the perfect (and nearby) retreat after a hard day at the parks. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We were honored to be the first family to rent your beautiful home. After the long cold winter in Michigan and the hot days at the Disney World parks it was so nice to get back to your oasis and take a refreshing drip in the pool.

It was an added bonus to discover the fantasic golf course on the property and the greens were very reasonable as well.

The only problem we had was LEAVING, our kids thought this would be a great place to live year round, it was hard to argue with their logic.

Without hesitation, we would highly recommend stayng at your villa to anyone that likes to travel FIRST CLASS at a very reasonable expense.
