How to Rent a Vacation
Rental Villa
To be able to
reserve a vacation rental villa you first need to check whether it is available
online - please note that our calendars are extremely accurate
You can do this by clicking on
button and completing the
Villa Search form for your dates.
After completing
the form, you will then get the results of
your search showing a list of all available villas and
their respective costs.
From
each result, you can click
through for FULL details and multiple photo slideshow about each villa, by clicking the
button.
The villa listing will open
in a new window and will then automatically take you to the bottom of the
page where your rental quotation is detailed for you.
To reserve the
villa, simply click on the
button and
complete the booking form.
What if you arrive on the Villa
Details page from "VIEW VILLAS" page ?
You will still need to do an Availability Search to check the
villa you are looking at is actually available.
Click the
button at the top
right of the detailed villa listing which will also take you to the bottom of the page
where you will see the RENTAL QUOTATION & BOOKING
SECTION
Enter your start date, number of nights, select preferred quote currency and
tick box if you want pool heat - Then click on
button.
When the page refreshes, you
will either have a successful rental quotation or a statement that the
villa is not available for your dates. If the
latter happens, please return to the home page and click on the
button and search for alternative villas for your dates.
If you can see a quotation, simply click on the
button
displayed below the quotation and complete the online booking form.
Once you have submitted the booking form, an email version of
the booking form is automatically emailed to the owner and a confirmation
copy sent to you - please check your email for this confirmation email.
Please note that your dates are automatically blocked off on the owners
calendar preventing anyone else from booking your dates through our website.
As soon as the owner receives your booking email, you should
receive an email from the owner confirming the booking with details on how
to pay. If you have successfully paid via PayPal (if you opted to pay
by this method) the owner will confirm receipt of this money & provide
further details as necessary.

Please ensure you have added the owners email
address to your trusted senders list to prevent your
spam filters from blocking the owners email from
getting through to you.
You will
find the owners email address at the bottom of the
booking confirmation email sent to you from the
website.
If you do
not receive the owners email your booking may fail
as the owner may assume that you are not interested
as you are not responding to their emails and you
may assume the owner is not contacting you - you can
prevent this from happening by checking your spam
filters.
